I’m pretty impressed with TVU as well. I was reluctant to install it but I figured I better check it out before I post a link to it. Now all I need is a Motors TV feed and I’ll be a happy camper. I’m in the US so it would be nice to have access to some of their coverage as 90% of what we get here is Nascar.

As far as an all nighter, I haven’t done one of those in a while. At the very least I’ll be getting up a few hours early.

I’m not familiar with what will work on a MAC (other than quicktime) but the only streams I’ve found are windows media and windows based browser plugins.

Just waiting for the Speed stream to re-start. I’m considering an all-nighter, but I’m not sure I’ll make it.

I must say, I’m pretty impressed with the TVU software, it’s pretty light on the desktop and the quality of the stream is top notch.

Is anyone else staying up?

Well, at least you’re not asking for much :).

I couldn’t find anything on the French stream, sorry. I must have looked through over 100 websites, blogs and forums searching for some other feeds with no luck.

Speed coverage will be back in an hour and as far as I know, they’ll be covering the race until the checkered flag.

It’s too bad one of the manufacturers didn’t step up and provide a stream. Maybe next year.

I’m off to get some food before the race is back on. Thanks for stopping by guys.

The TVU stream should be back soon and should be staying with Le Mans through the rest of the race with a one hour exception for Nascar practice.

Allan, if the TVU software doesn’t work for you under Windows 98, their browser plugin might be an option. Going to the StreamingX1 link above ( http://www.streamingx1.net/ ) and selecting the “Wheels” link under “24 ore di Le Mans” will prompt you to install the TVU IE plugin. As with any browser plugin, install at your own risk. Using the plugin gives you access to the SpeedTV feed which is currently showing F1 qualifying. Le Mans coverage will resume at 5:30PM EST
